Quantum Research Worldwide
The Center for Quantum Information (CQI), Tsinghua University
Center for Quantum Information (CQI), Tsinghua University was established on January 6, 2011.
"Quantum Information, as an emerging interdisciplinary area of subject in computer science,
information science and quantum physics that provides a new technology in the post-Moore era,
has explored new fundamentals and methods for the development of information science in the 21st century."
The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) - a National Research Centre of Excellence (RCE) in Singapore
The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) in Singapore brings together physicists, computer scientists and engineers to do basic research on quantum physics and to build devices based on quantum phenomena. Experts in this new discipline of quantum technologies are
applying their discoveries in computing, communications, and sensing.
CQT was established in December 2007 by Singapore’s National Research Foundation and Ministry of Education under the Research Centres of Excellence programme. CQT is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and also has staff at Nanyang Technological
University (NTU).
CQuICC - Center for Quantum Information, Communication, and Computing - IITM
Indian Institute of Technology Madras is one of the leading globally significant institutes of higher technical education,
fundamental and applied science and research. The field of “Quantum Technology” is one of the cutting-edge research areas that IITM
seeks to explore and this has led to the birth of our new Centre for Quantum Information, Communication and Computing.
The University of Ottawa Nexus for Quantum Technologies (NEXQT) Institute
The University of Ottawa Nexus for Quantum Technologies (NEXQT) Institute
is pushing the boundaries of Quantum sensing and imaging,
Quantum materials, Quantum communication, Nanofabrication and devices, and
ethics and laws.
